You can return your item within 14 days after delivery — no excuses.
Condition: unworn, unused, and in original state.

Once received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 28 days.

Make it clean. Make it traceable.

Include:

• Original packing slip
• Order number clearly visible
• Your name and email

No packing slip?
Add a note inside with:

• Full name
• Order number
• Email address

If we can’t identify your return instantly, we can’t process your refund.

Shipping Rules

• Use track & trace — strongly advised
• Lost or damaged returns are not our responsibility

Outside EU

Avoid delays. Avoid extra costs.

Make sure you:

• Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS”
• Add a CN22 or CN23 customs form
• Describe contents as “Returned merchandise”
• Declare a low value
• Attach documents securely

If this is not done correctly and import charges apply, we will refuse the shipment.
